EXPECTED SHIPPING DURATIONS:
Orders ship once a week (Mondays) via Canada Post.

(Orders are collected end of Sunday, ship Monday, and enter circulation Tuesday.)

After orders enter circulation, expected shipping duration:
Within Canada: 1-2 weeks,
USA: small packet air, 2-3 weeks,
World: international small packet air, 3-4 weeks.

OBLIGATORY CUSTOMS BLURB:
All customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your country's customs and import regulations before placing your order. Please DO NOT ask us to falsify customs documents, because we simply will not. While we would otherwise love to help you out in any way possible, falsifying official information in the main medium through which we get our music to our supporters is NOT something we will do.

NOTES ON VINYL BUNDLING / MORE COST-EFFECTIVE VINYL SHIPPING:

VINYL BUNDLING NOTE:
If you'd like to bundle a VINYL with another piece of merch, this will defray much of the shipping cost of the non-vinyl item(s). Please message us to enquire about this.

VINYL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTE FROM THE BAND:
For countries outside Canada & US, we've put the minimum price Canada Post offers with delivery confirmation, which is generally quite an astounding figure. However, there is good news: it is lower WITHOUT delivery confirmation, but also much slower in transit, and unfortunately without a tracking number. If the prospect of shipping with these risks excites you, please message us, and we can quote you for the slow, cheaper shipping. It's usually ~$20-25 CAD for a 4-8 week delivery time.

If you are comfortable with the wait, and the (negligible, albeit existent) risk of it getting lost somewhere, we will absolutely package the vinyl as securely and sturdily as we can and mail it out! We'll even send you a picture of the package at the post office before it makes its maiden voyage.

Return Policy
Unless a CD or vinyl is somehow defective or if we have packaged entirely the wrong thing, we unfortunately don't offer returns, since we triple check and carefully package everything we post.

If your order is returned to us, you will unfortunately not be entitled to a refund of the original postage/packaging payment. However, if you would like us to mail the returned package to another address then you can pay additional postage/packaging and we will send your order back out.
